We print only from customer-supplied, and customer-approved artwork.
Happy Valley Printing is not responsible for any customer artwork errors, including but not limited to, spelling, size, or resolution. We will do our best to catch errors but we can not guarantee we will find all. Please check your artwork!
Happy Valley Printing is not responsible for any issues with printing due to the materials chosen by the customer, this includes but is not limited to, the wrong size, the wrong type of material, the wrong thickness, or any issues with the order after printing. If you choose the wrong material, this is not something the print shop is responsible for.
The Customer agrees that once the order is placed and the materials to produce said orders have been purchased and printed on, no refunds will be given. We will consider refunds for any amount paid after the material costs are covered, as a courtesy in some cases, but we do not guarantee it. We know mistakes happen and want to help where we can. Happy Valley Printing is not liable for damage caused by shipping or caused by the customer in pick up of their job after it leaves our print shop. We hope you understand and look forward to printing your job. We have added these terms as we had an issue with a customer choosing the wrong material for their sign. We purchased the material customer choose and printed their job said material. The material ended up being the wrong thickness. This customer informed us we should clarify no refunds for errors by the customer in artwork or materials chosen. We hope these terms help make it clearer. Please triple check your artwork and your specific job specs.
